Independent filmmakers are so impressive with what they can do with limited resources.

We're so excited to see your film! We currently have three categories of film blocks:

1. The social hour and screening, informal, shown on a projector after the social hour

[for films under 25 mins]

Screening at a local movie theater

2. The 3×30 block [films around 30 mins]

3. The "featured feature" [a film over 50 mins]

We prioritize local projects when curating the film blocks but we'd love to have you join us!

The OGRE poster

The OGRE by Justin Boswick follows a rising “pre-crash bunker wave earth tone noxious metal rubber tone mathscape grass-fed conglomerate bass post-ego brown noise premeditated deathcore punk rock jazz” band in Portland. Tensions arise between band members as they prepare for their biggest show yet. Ogre voted “best new band” by Williamette Weekly. Join us as we follow the band, but beware, you may end up joining as an honorary member! A great representation of the Portland music scene.
